Dispatchers assure all routes are filled as assigned and carrier drivers operators are provided with timely instructions and responses to requests for operational information throughout the day. Safety-logs, tracking, and obtaining daily/monthly required documents
Equipment tracking in rail systems
Customer Billing
Sorting, separating, and scanning paperwork for billing
Accuracy with Driver Pay
Answering phones in a pleasant and professional manner
Assist with customer service requests
Assist with dispatch and driver needs
Assist with other office duties as needed
